Making Bookings as an Urban Sports Club Member
As an Urban Sports Club Member, you can book your Court over padelberlin.de/online-booking using the playtomic booking system (additonal fees will appear on top of the shown court prices) or you can send a paypal deposit or a bank transfer deposit for a manual booking (please contact us over the Whatsapp text function under +4930-20256790)

1 hour booking for Urban Sports Club Members
4 Urban Sports Club Players can make a 1 hour outdoor booking in winter season and a 1 hour indoor/outdoor booking in summer season without any extra charge for the court costs on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays between 8:00-10:00 in the morning, only additional equipment has to be paid in the club on the day of the booking.

In all other days and times an additional fee has to be paid to your check in. Please check out the additional costs what have to be paid on the day of the booking over padelberlin.de/pricing/

In case Non Urban Sports Club Players are part of the booking the 25% fee has to be paid directly to the club on the day of the booking

We recommend to book 1,5 hours and paying some additional extra fee to make the best play/fun balance out of your experience.

Please check the special cancellation policy for 1 hour bookings, since these bookings are harder to replace due to the majority of players making 1,5 hours bookings.

Urban Sports Club Members using Playtomic
In case you are booking courts or joining matches over the Playtomic App please be aware, that all costs directly appear and will be directly charged over the App (or will be charged afterwards as debt in case you are not paying it in your private match).

Fo using your Urban Sports Club Membership all costs of the attempting players have to be paid directly in the club on the day of the booking so you can use your discount amount after checking in at the office via our QR Code.
After all costs are paid, we will cancel the playtomic match afterwards, so a refund of the upfront paid costs will be executed and no double payment will appear in the end. Please be aware, that even with a full cancellation of the playtomic booking small extra fees will appear. Playtomic will not refund the full amount to you,

Example: Clients booked a court for 56,50 Euro, after cancelling the playtomic match because of paying in the club the refund was only around 55,50 Euro (around 1 Euro fees stayed in the playtomic system)

We recommend you to use a manual booking with a paypal deposit or bank transfer deposit to save additonal fees. Be also aware, that your wished day & time might not be available then due the high amount of bookings using the playtomic booking system to get the best days & times.

Playtomic Ranking
In case you want to keep your score for the Playtomic Levels 4 individual players need to be signed up in the Playtomic match (either over a privat or an open match). We would then create a non charged copy of your match after we cancelled the original match (so the refund will be activated) in the App where you can add the score of the match.

Note: In case 1 player pays all costs for the rest of the players a copy match cannot be added afterwards.

We can also not add a friendly match as a copy match, our copy matches are always competitive due playtomic features/rules and will always change your playtomic score.
