Making Bookings as an Urban Sports Club Member

As an Urban Sports Club Member, if you are new to us you have to book your Court over padelberlin.de/online-booking and register in our Skedda Online System with required data and using a functional credit card.

After a successful booking You then have to transfer to us a Deposit of the full amount of Court costs via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Please communicate with us about the Deposit via Whatsapp +4930-20256790 (we will also try to contact you when the booking applies in our system).

Note: In case you do not have a credit card for the registration online you can also directly contact us over Whatsapp +4930-20256790 and coordinate the deposit with us there. We will then book the requested court manually for you in our Online Booking System.

Changing into Trusted Member as Urban Sports Club Member

To apply for a Trusted Member and book Courts without a Deposit payment upfront you have to be part of our Whatsapp Groups. For that you have to make a Level Assesment first. Please visit padelberlin.de/level-assesment for more information

1 hour booking for Urban Sports Club Members

4 Urban Sports Club Players can make a 1 hour outdoor booking in winter season and a 1 hour indoor/outdoor booking in summer season without any extra charge for the court costs, only additional equipment has to be paid in the club on the day of the booking.

In case Non Urban Sports Club Players are part of the booking the 25% fee has to be paid directly to the club on the day of the booking

We recommend to book 1,5 hours and pay some additonal extra fee to make the best play/fun balance out of your experience.

Please check the special cancellacion policy for 1 hour bookings, since these bookings are harder to replace due the mayority of players making 1,5 hours bookings.

Refund System

In specific times, when we are forced to charge you over your credit card due the problem that no deposit transfer has been made you can apply for the Refund System for your check Ins.

You can apply for the Refund System of the Urban Sports Club Check Ins in case the Check Ins cannot be used for additonal costs like Equipment, Drinks, Snacks or other additonal costs that apply on your booking.
