Cancellation Policy

Absagegebühr:

  • Ein Platz kann ohne Gebühr 96 Stunden vor dem Termin abgesagt werden (abzüglich der Playtomic Servicegebühren sofern diese anfallen – siehe Punkt 3 weiter unten). Der Kunde erhält dann seine Kaution (Playtomic Zahlung oder Paypal/Banküberweisung Kaution) zurück.
  • Wird ein Platz später als 96 Stunden vor dem geplanten Termin abgesagt fällt die volle Platzgebühr an. Hierzu wird die vorab gezahlte Kaution (Playtomic Zahlung oder Paypal /Banküberweisung Kaution) in voller Summe verwendet.
  • Bei Erstattungen über das Playtomic Buchungssystem wird nur die Summe abzüglich der eingezogenen Playtomic Servicegebühren an die buchende Person zurückgezahlt.
  • Bucht eine andere Person / eine andere Gruppe den Platz, welcher wie unter Punkt 2 zu spät abgesagt wurde fallen nur die bereits angefallenen Playtomic Servicegebühren für die verspätete Absage an sofern der Kunde vorab im Playtomic Buchungssytem belastet wurde (1 to 1 Replacement of Booking). Bei einer Paypal/Banküberweisung Kaution fällt keine Gebühr an, die volle Summe wird an de Kunden bei erfolgreicher Ersatzbuchung zu 100% erstattet.

    Bei einer Kautionszahlung erhält der absagende Kunde die volle Kaution zurück, sofern der neue Kunde entweder die Platzgebühren vollständig vorab über das Playtomic Buchungssystem bezahlt oder für die getätigte Buchung bei Padel Berlin eine Kaution hinterlegt (Paypal oder Banküberweisung Kaution).
  • Anmerkung: Solltest du in einer kürzeren Zeit als 96 Stunden buchen tritt sofort die Absagegebühr Regel ein (nur 1 zu 1 Replacement Booking kann dazu führen deine Buchung zu stornieren).
  • Wird ein Platz bzw. werden mehrere Plätze für mehr als eine Gesamtstundenzahl von 1,5 Stunden (ab insgesamt 2 Stunden) gebucht, verlängert sich die Stornierungsfrist automatisch auf 168 Stunden (7 Tage). Diese Regelung gilt besonders für Spielformate wie: Geburtstage, Feiern, Versammlungen, Turniere u.ä Veranstaltungen, welche meist eine große Anzahl von Stunden und Plätze blocken und somit den normalen Spielbetrieb erheblich einschränken.
  • Eine Absage ist immer schriftlich (per Email oder per WhatsApp – Textnachricht) an uns mitzuteilen. Eine telefonische Absage ist nicht möglich
  • 1 Stunde Buchungen können bei Buchung nur dann 96 Stunden vor Buchung storniert werden, sofern die 1 Stunde Buchung das erste oder das letzte Match des Buchungstages ist. Sofern die 1 Stunde Buchung von mindestens 1 früheren und 1 späteren Buchung eingeschlossen wurde kann die 1 Stunde Buchung nur noch storniert werden, sofern eine andere Buchung diese übernimmt (1 to 1 replacement booking). Bei eingeschlossenen 1 Stunde Buchungen tritt die 1 to 1 replacement Regel auch dann in Kraft, wenn 96 Stunden oder länger zur Buchung zur Verfügung stehen.

Cancellation fee:

  • A court can be canceled 96 hours before the planned booking without any charge (except playtomic service fee costs if they apply – check third point here) The customer will get then back his full deposit amount he made to Padel Berlin (applies only if a paypal deposit or bank transfer deposit has been made).
  • If a court got canceled in a shorter time then 96 hours before the planned booking the full price of the booking will be charged over the playtomic booking system. If a paypal or bank transfer deposit has been made the upfront paid deposit (paypal or bank transfer) will be then used to cover the costs.
  • If you got charged over the playtomic booking system in advance you only will get a refund minus the already charged playtomic service fee costs that cannot be refunded if you cancel on time or get a replacement booking
  • If another group / another person is booking the too late canceled court (later then 96 hours) like in Point 2 of cancellation fee explained – the late canceled person / group will only be charged for the playtomic service fee costs in case they apply (1 to 1 replacement of Booking). A paypal or bank transfer deposit has no additional fees as long as it will not be executed as regular payment charge.

    In case of paying a deposit over paypal or bank transfer the canceling customer / group gets back the full deposit in case the new customer pays the full court costs over the playtomic booking system or transfers the deposit of the full court costs to Padel Berlin (by sending a new paypal or bank transfer deposit).
  • Note: If you book in a shorter Window then 96 hours the Cancellation Policy Rule will directly appear (only replacement bookings are allowed to cancel the court then)
  • If Players make a reservation of one Court or more Courts, what Made a total amount of more then 1,5 hours (from 2 hours), the cancellation has to be done 168 hours before reservation (7 days in advance)This rule is especially given for: Birthday Parties, Events, Tournaments and similar things, what bring a lot of people together. Mostly the organizations are blocking more courts for Multiple hours, what effects all the other customers and the club in their bookings and planings.
  • A cancellation needs always to be in written form (either via Email or via Whatsapp Text Message) to us. A phone call cancellation cannot be done
  • 1 hour bookings can only be canceled 96 hours before the booking, if the 1 hour booking is the first or the last match of the game. If the 1 hour bookings is surrounded by other bookings, it can only be canceled in case another group/client is taking the booking over (1 to 1 replacement booking). The cancellation rule of an 1 hour booking surrounded by other bookings even appears, if the 108 hours or longer cancellation deadline has not been passed
